The trial date has been set for the man who allegedly robbed the Lotus Foreign Exchange Sports City outlet on the 25th of September in 2016.
Taraisi Rabuku alongside Ilaitia Sarai are charged with two counts of aggravated robbery and a count each of damaging property and resisting arrest.
The trial will take place from the 6th to the 10th of May next year.
Sarai was not present in court today and has been missing from the 3rd of November last year.
The state had today filed an application for Sarai to be trialed in absentia which was approved by the High Court Judge Justice Salesi Temo.
It is alleged that Rabuku with others on the 25th of September last year stole cash of various currencies amounting to a total of $7,643.
It is also alleged that he with others damaged a taxi by throwing stones at it and resisted arrest when approached by Police Officers.
Rabuku pleaded guilty to one count of damaging property however pleaded not guilty to the two aggravated robbery counts and the count of resisting arrest.
The case has been adjourned to the 1st of June.
