Fiji’s tourism earnings are currently sitting at $1.8 billion, and is expected to achieve $2.2 billion well before its targeted date by 2021.

This was highlighted by President Jioji Konrote while speaking at the official opening the New Rosie Holidays Event Warehouse.

He says the $5M investment will provide 10 new job opportunities adding that the new warehouse will provide storage for over 250,000 items and props.

The President also highlighted that in 2017, over two million passengers came through Fiji’s International Airports.

Managing Director of the Rosie Travel Group, Tony Whitton says their new investment shows Rosie’s strong confidence in Fiji’s growing meetings, conferencing and incentives market.

Rosie Holidays has completed construction of a new purpose built three‑storey complex in Nadi catering for the growing and lucrative overseas Meetings and Incentives market.
