Tourism Fiji looks forward to sharing the best at Tourism Expo

An impressive line‑up of leading companies in Fiji have teamed up with Tourism Fiji to support its signature event, the Fiji Tourism Expo as it showcases the best that Fiji’s tourism industry has on offer.

Tourism Fiji CEO Matthew Stoeckel says that support from the corporate sector in Fiji has been overwhelming for this year’s Expo.

He adds that with Fiji Tourism Expo getting bigger every year, corporate sponsorship is vital to expand and improve the event in order to continue to attract record numbers of international buyers and travel trade media.

Fiji Tourism Expo 2017’s record 160 buyers and trade media will also be introduced to Fiji’s newest exclusive private island resort, Kokomo Private Island Fiji.

Stoeckel says that the past month or so has seen some exciting developments in Fiji’s tourism industry with the opening of Kokomo Private Island in Kadavu on 31st March and Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay on 1st April.

He says that with Six Senses Fiji also planning to open its doors on Malolo Island later this year and it is an exciting time for Fiji’s tourism industry and Tourism Fiji looks forward to sharing that excitement with their international buyers at the Fiji Tourism Expo today and tomorrow.
