The taxi driver who is alleged to have injured a woman in an accident on Tuesday afternoon will be appearing in the Suva Magistrates Court on Monday.
The accident occurred at Marks street in Suva.
Police have confirmed the driver of the taxi will be charged with dangerous driving causing actual bodily harm.
It is understood that the man was allegedly on his phone when the accident occurred.
