Police have confirmed that one of suspects arrested in relation to the drug bust in Denarau Marina on Friday afternoon is admitted at the Lautoka Hospital.
No further details have been given about this man.
Spokesperson Ana Naisoro says the other three, two women and a man remain in custody and continue to be questioned by Police.
She says the seized substances have since been tested at the Fiji Police Forensics Laboratory in Nasova and confirmed to be cocaine.
No charges have been laid yet as investigations continue.
13 bars of Cocaine weighing 15 Kilograms and Ecstasy tablets with an estimated value of $10 to 15 million US dollars was seized on Friday afternoon at Denarau Port by the authorities.
It is also confirmed that US$15,000.00 undeclared currency, guns and ammunition have been detained from the yacht.
The seize was done through a joint operation by the Fiji Revenue and Customs Service, Police, Biosecurity Authority of Fiji and Health Department.
A statement said the yacht came from Borabora, French Polynesia.
The yacht has been seized and will be forfeited to the State.
