Stoning incident shocks residents

The Advisory Councillor of Koronivia, Nausori, Satish Kumar said residents in his area have been shocked and are also in fear after some unknown people stoned four vehicles on Koronivia road last night.

The incident happened between 11.30pm and 12am at different locations on the road.

Kumar said the four vehicles have sustained major damages and the drivers and passengers were lucky not to receive any injuries.

Police Spokesperson, Ana Naisoro said they are seeking assistance from the members of the public in relation to this case.
