Sharma to be sentenced next month after being found guilty of Contempt of Court

A former proposed candidate for SODELPA will be sentenced next month by the Suva High Court after being found guilty of Contempt of Court.

Anirudh Sharma was charged in relation to a post he wrote on social media against a Magistrate in September last year.

High Court Judge Justice Lyone Seneviratne has found Sharma guilty and will deliver his sentence on the 16th of next month.

Sharma is represented by lawyer, Niko Nawaikula.
