Residents of the Senior Citizens Home received gifts and other medical supplies worth more than $15,000 Canadian from a Canadian group, Fiji Human Touch Charity Society, today.
While receiving the supplies, the chairman of the Board of Visitors at the Senior Citizens Home Mohammed Ali Maqbool said with the supplies it will help them to look after the residents.
The gifts and supplies include wheelchairs, towels, clothes, cushions and water bottles.
There are 54 residents at the Senior Citizens Home.
