Search continues for missing 2 at sea

The search continues for two people missing at sea since Wednesday.

Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro said the two who left Cicia Island bound for Nayau Island in the Lau Group failed to reach their destination.

Naisoro said the two had left Mabula on Christmas morning and have still yet to reach their destination by this afternoon.

The two a man aged 38 and a woman were expected to reach Nayau an hour after leaving Mabula.

Police are requesting mariners also to keep a look out for the 29 foot white fibre glass boat.
