SODELPA Youth Leader Jope Koroisavou has been released by Police after being questioned for walking around with a placard in Suva City on Monday afternoon.
Police Chief of Intelligence and Investigations ACP Biu Matavou says they have released Koroisavou after completing their interview process.
He says no charges were laid and the case file will be sent to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions for further assessment.
Koroisavou was taken in for allegedly breaching public order.
SODELPA had earlier said that Koroisavou is holding a lone, silent, peaceful commemoration of the victims of torture in Fiji.
