Roads between Suva and Nausori to be temporarily closed tomorrow and Tuesday afternoon

There will be temporary closure of roads between Suva and Nausori tomorrow and on Tuesday afternoon.

Police say the road from Nausori Airport along the Kings Road towards Samabula and to the Grand Pacific Hotel will be closed at 5pm tomorrow as Police will be conducting a practice run of the escorting duties to be performed upon the arrival of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex on Tuesday afternoon.

The same will be done on Tuesday afternoon.

Police say the roads will be opened once the escorting is done.

People are requested to take alternative routes while this is being done.
