SODELPA Leader Sitiveni Rabuka says Opposition Leader, Ro Teimumu Kepa has heeded the call of her Vanua to once again stand in the election.
Rabuka spoke at a meeting with Ro Teimumu Kepa, and also present were candidates Tanya Waqanika and Lynda Tabuya.
Rabuka says they look forward to Ro Teimumu Kepa continuing her great work as far as recognizing and acknowledging the descendants of the Girmitiyas program and other development initiatives in Rewa.
Rabuka adds the party is united and stronger than ever and is raring to win the elections this year and take Fiji forward.
Ro Teimumu Kepa says she is happy and proud of the selected SODELPA women candidates which includes Dr. Mere Samisoni, Salote Rdarodro, Mere Ratunabuabua and Lynda Tabuya as they are role models not only for their children, but for their granddaughters.
Ro Teimumu says she supports SODELPA women candidates wholeheartedly and hopes the decision‑makers can bring more women to the party.
