Redevelopment plans for the Suva Market and Bus Terminal are well underway.
Suva City Council said the Brief and Concept plan for both redevelopment projects should be completed by the end of this month.
SCC said this also includes its Financial modeling.
SCC added that as soon as soon as this is completed, they will have meetings with stakeholders which is expected to take three months.
They will then wait for the cabinets approval.
Once completed the project is expected to have 60 bus bays, 150 car park spaces, two supermarkets, taxi base, retail outlets, International food court, air condition fish market and a butcher shops.
The project is expected to cost $80 million.
