SODELPA Leader Sitiveni Rabuka says he now believes that 55 years is too young to be the civil service retirement age although his SVT government had reduced the retirement age to 55 years in the 1990s.

Rabuka is now saying that SODELPA will increase the retirement age to 60 years if it comes into power.
Meanwhile Minister for Economy Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum says the hypocrisy by the opposition parties is a major concern.
