300 jobs are expected to be created once the Pullman Nadi Bay Resort and Spa opens by June next year.
Director of the Gokals Group Vikesh Gokal said the recruitment will be handled by the Accor Group as the operators of the Resort.
Gokal said the Accor Group, one of the world’s prominent hotel operators, will recruit people from around the country rather than just focusing on areas close by.
The $70 million five star resort will have more than 240 rooms with 16 suites, six Restaurants and Bars, and two outdoor swimming pools with water slides.
It will also have a health spa, sauna and five retail shops with a conference facility that can cater up to 400 guests.
