Project gets $2M funding from EU and Australia

A project created by five civil society organisations in Fiji has received a funding of $2 million from the European Union and Australian government.

The Democracy-Understanding and Action project will be jointly implemented in the next two years by the Pacific Centre for Peacebuilding, Citizens Constitutional Forum, Fiji Womens Rights Movement, Dialogue Fiji and Conciliation Resources.

This project will allow these organisations to work with community leaders, women leaders and local authorities to strengthen public participation at a government level.
