The prices of LPG products will increase today.

The new prices have been determined by the Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission.

A 4.5kg gas cylinder will cost $14.55 from today which is an increase of $1.66.

A 12kg gas cylinder will cost $38.80 from today which is an increase of $4.42.

The bulk will cost $2.73 per kg from today which is an increase of 11 cents and Auto Gas per litre will be $1.83 which is an increase of 22 cents.

The Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission Acting CEO, Senikavika Jiuta says the prices from today to 14th January 2019 is mainly determined by the movement in the international prices for butane from July to September 2018 and the operating cost review of the Fijian LPG Suppliers.

Jiuta says that the Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission will conduct the next fuel and LPG price review on 15th January 2019.
