Portion of the Koronivia road to be sealed

Good news for the residents of Koronivia, Nausori as a portion of the Koronivia road will be sealed later this year.

This will bring a lot of relief to thousands of residents who have been using the gravel road for so many years and have faced difficulties especially during rainy seasons.

The Fiji Roads Authority has confirmed that sealing of a 800 meter stretch on Koronivia road is programmed for this year and work will be carried out by Fulton Hogan Highways Joint Venture. 

The portion to be sealed is the stretch in front of the residential area.   

The work will cost approximately $400,000 and is part of the 2015 roads rehabilitation project.
