The Deputy Commissioner of Police is calling on parents and guardians to take the time to learn about their children.

While speaking at the Blue Light International Conference at the Pearl Resort, Deputy Commissioner of Police Isikeli Ligairi says they have noticed a shift in the youth behaviour on crime.

He says that more recently they have recorded cases of serious crime such as rape and sexual assault.
