Police have found the Nissan taxi registration LT7333 which was stolen late Wednesday night from the Civic House Car Park.
The vehicle was found abandoned at the Wailea Settlement in Vatuwaqa yesterday and the taxi meter was missing.
Police are still searching for the five youth who hired the taxi from Ratu Sukuna Park at about 8pm Wednesday night to go to Ritova Street.
It is alleged that they asked the driver to go to Suva cemetery where they tied the driver up.
They put the driver in the boot and drove the vehicle around for about three hours.
They drove back to Civic House Car Park.
The five men got off the vehicle and were talking to each other when the driver escaped.
