Police are awaiting for the vehicle examiner’s report on the rental car which was found submerged in the Waidalice river in Korovou, Tailevu.
The white rental car registration LR1709 was hired by the deceased, David Reddy whose body was found in the same river on Thursday.
Reddy was laid to rest on Thursday and is survived by his wife and a two year old daughter.
Police continues their investigations.
