Police officers part of a Superintendent’s Qualifying Course at the Fiji Police Academy have been told to move with time.

Speaking at the training, Police Chief Administration Officer ACP Itendra Nair called on the participants to be a police leader in the 21st century.

He said they cannot be officers who are not moving with the time and making decisions one week later.

Nair said it is important that police officers make decisions on the move.

41 officers are attending the one week course.

Two officers from the Nauru Police Force are also attending the training.
