People living between the Suva to Nausori corridor are still experiencing low pressure in the water supply that is expected to last until later today.
Water Authority of Fiji has confirmed this was due to low levels of water in the clear water reservoir which was caused by an electrical failure at the Waila Water Treatment Plant.
Affected areas include Tacirua, Upper Caubati, Cunningham, Colo-i-Suva, Valelevu, Buiduna, Verata, Kasavu, Lakena, Mokani, Baulevu, Upper Ragg Avenue, Naga-tu-gatu, Dokanisuva, Kalivetau Road, Ovea, Cautata, Mau, Waicoka and Namuka.
The Authority had confirmed that the water carting trucks are on standby.
