Thousands of people living in parts of Nasinu are currently affected by low water pressure this morning.
Areas affected include all elevated areas in Nasinu, Vesivesi Road, Kinoya Road, Laucala Beach, Kaua Road, Bulei Road, Ratu Dovi Road, Nokonoko Road, Vatuwaqa Area, Grantham Road Area, Wainivula Road and Whippy Street.
The Water Authority of Fiji says water carting trucks have been provided to these areas.
It says the interruption in supply is due to low inflow of water from Waila Raw Water Pumping Station to the Waila Water Treatment Plant resulting in low water levels to the service reservoir in Nasinu.
The Water Authority of Fiji is currently working to get the reservoir refilled.
It says the water supply will gradually normalise once water levels in the Nasinu reservoirs improve.
