The people of Nadi are currently benefitting from free eye check-ups from the Mobile Eye Clinic.
Coordinator, Jovesa Tikomailepanoni says after Cyclone Winston and the recent flood they have started their services at the Nadi Hospital and Bukuya village.
He says teams will be in Nadi for one month where screening will be done this week and the surgery will follow in other weeks.
The Clinic has so far conducted more than 7,500 screening and close to 5,000 surgeries around the country.
