The superhero movie Black Panther hit the cinemas in the country yesterday and many people are already calling it one the best movie produced by Marvel Studios so far.
In cinemas in Suva and Nasinu, many people booked tickets in advance while others waited, hoping to get a chance with cancelled ticket bookings.
We spoke to some people who watched the first screening of Black Panther last night.
Black Panther which is produced by Marvel Studios but distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures is the eighteenth film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Other actors in Black Panther are Michael B. Jordan who was the main actor in the movie Creed, Lupita Nyong’o who you may remember from 12-years of Slave and of course award-winning actor Forest Whitaker.
US media report that Black Panther is estimated to hit as much as 170 million US dollars in North America on its first weekend.
This means it is set to break the record of 152 million US dollars set in the same period in 2016 by “Deadpool”.
