The Public Rental Board has been unsuccessful in their attempt to remove four tenants from the complex at Mead Road in Nabua.
Chief Executive Officer Patrick Veu says they have given these families eviction notices which have not been adhered to.
The tenants were first given the notice in September last year.
He says they have referred the matter to their lawyers to get a court order for eviction. Veu says they are now awaiting a court order.
The tenants were investigated by the PRB Committee in relation to the cases which are directly linked to a police assault case at Mead Road and the alleged illegal drug trade at the housing complex.
