Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama has shared his anger and disgust at individuals and also in particular a newspaper outlet who shared the videos and images of the horrific accident in Nabou and the grief of family members over the weekend.

Bainimarama highlighted this while commissioning the Wailotua Water Project in Tailevu.

Bainimarama says that some people even stooped so low to steal from the accident victims.

Bainimarama says that the tragedy brought out the worst in a few while it also brought out the best in many Fijians.

The Prime Minister adds that in honour of those who lost their lives, Fijians must all make the promise to ensure that these lessons will stick.

Bainimarama urged Fijians to put aside all the differences and come together with a unique value and common purpose to create a brighter future for everyone.
