Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama has questioned why the National Federation Party remained silent when SODELPA preaches its message of division and hate.
While speaking during the commissioning of the Nakavika Settlement Groundwater Project in Nadroga, Bainimarama says he is disappointed by the attitude of SODELPA's partner in Opposition, the National Federation Party.
Bainimarama questioned why doesn't NFP leader Biman Prasad tackle his opposition partners about their obsession with ethnicity and privileged position of some of the other Fijians.
He says Biman Prasad does not seem to have the courage to do so and that is a great shame.
Bainimarama urged the people of Nakavika in the Sigatoka valley to remain united and focus on the truth.
Meanwhile NFP leader Biman Prasad says his party has always stood for equality and a non-racial Fiji. He says SODELPA and NFP are two separate parties.
