PM enjoying being the Prime Minister

Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama said he is enjoying being the Prime Minister.

While speaking at the 2015 Marist Old Boys Nadi Chapter Dinner, Bainimarama said he is feeling cheerful because of the wonderful week he has had as Prime Minister.

He said they are delivering basic services to the Fijian people that they need and deserve and they are finally serving them in a way that they have a right to expect from Government.

The Prime Minister also said of course all eyes will be on the Hong Kong 7s and how the 7s team performs.

Bainimarama added like everyone else, he is hoping for a win, but he said that win or lose, this has already been a great week for him personally and for the country. 

Meanwhile, Nadi Marist Old Boys Sports Committee Chairman Clyde King said their fundraising dinner was also to support the Marist Brothers High School rugby teams.

He said they are targeting to fundraise $15,000 which they have collected around more than $13,000.
