About thirty women leaders from community based organisations participating at the Leadership Training program are today wrapping up the program with plans they have drawn up which they feel will enhance their role as leaders.
Speaking to Fijivillage this morning Spinal Injuries Association President Mere Rodan said she is happy to be part of the first ever Training Program as she has learned a lot from the three days program.
Rodan said she feels there still needs to be more women participating as leaders in all levels of work.
The Ministry of Women, Children and Poverty Alleviation allocated $15,000 for the three days training.
