HOPE Party leader Tupou Draunidalo says their party view is that the 2013 Constitution is lawful.
She made this comment while speaking on Straight Talk last night.
Draunidalo says if they want to change the constitution they need to use provisions provided in the constitution.
Draunidalo says they are interested in reviewing the Bill of Rights and other sections of the constitution.
Any amendment to the 2013 Constitution will require the support of 75 percent of the members of parliament and 75 percent of the total amount of registered voters during a referendum.
