The new public holiday for next year has been gazetted.
It has been confirmed that National Sports Day will be celebrated on Friday, 26th June next year.
Other public holidays gazetted for next year include New Year’s Day on Thursday 1st January, Prophet Mohammed’s Birthday on Monday 5th January, Good Friday on 3rd April, Easter Saturday on 4th April, Easter Monday on 6th April, Fiji Day on Saturday 10th October, Diwali on 11th November, Christmas Day on Friday 25th December and Boxing Day on Monday 28th December.
