Good news for people of Navua and surrounding areas as the new Navua Hospital will be officially opened today.
Health Minister, Doctor Neil Sharma said the new hospital is now on a higher ground which has all necessary facilities.
He said there will be no threat to the hospital from flash flooding.
He said government will decide soon on how the old Navua hospital will be utilised.
Prime Minister, Voreqe Bainimarama will do the official opening at midday.
