A number of Nadi residents have raised concerns with Police Commissioner Ben Groenewald about the drunkards creating unpleasant sites in the early hours of the morning after coming out of night clubs.
The Police Commissioner started his Western Division visit yesterday to talk to members of the public about their concerns and assured them that all the complaints will be addressed.
Concerned residents have called on the Police Commissioner to look at the opening hours of night clubs.
The clubs are open till 5am.
The Police Commissioner has assured the members of the public that he will talk to relevant ministries about special zoning of night clubs.
During the talanoa session, some people requested for police visibility in their area and some raised concerns about their pending cases.
The Police Commissioner will be at the Sugar Cane Growers Council Building in Lautoka tomorrow to have another round of talanoa session.
