More unskilled workers who are registered with the National Employment Centre will now be able to better secure jobs for themselves.
This is after a Memorandum of Understanding and an Agreement was signed between the Ministry of Employment Productivity and Industrial Relations and InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort and Spa to provide training and employment for those who are registered with the National Employment Centre.
The Ministry of Employment says that the MOU will help the National Employment Centre to bridge the gap by facilitating registered workers placement in various organizations such as InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort and Spa.
It says that the National Employment Centre will allow their registered clients to work as attaches to attain the required skills of their various chosen careers.
InterContinental Fiji has assured potential employment opportunities to successful attaches.
