The Ministry of Employment will soon file a case against the security company which owes more than $2 million in wages and overtime pay to their workers.
A spokesperson says the calculation for the arrears of wages amounting to more than $2 million has accumulated from 1st June 2010 to 2013 for a particular security company.
According to the Ministry, no compensation has been paid out so far.
The spokesperson says the Labour Standards and Compliance Unit of the Ministry of Employment is currently processing the matter which is now in its final stages and the matter will be filed in court on behalf of the workers of the security company.
