Ministry still looking into administering of wrong injection to infant

The Minister for Health is still looking into the case where a seven-week-old baby was given a wrong injection.
The Minister is expected to get the full report and act on it.
Spokesperson Sunil Chandra said the baby was injected with Human Papillomavirus Vaccine (HPV) which is usually given to a 13-year-old girl.
He said the baby was transferred to the CWM Hospital and is in a stable condition.
