Ministry holds Senior Leadership Workshop

“Leadership is a never ending game.”

This is the comment of the Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport Francis Kean on the Ministry’s third Annual Senior Leadership Workshop at Devos on the Park today.

Kean says the workshop aims to help senior leaders in the Ministry in their service delivery to the Government especially to the citizens of the country.

Kean says a number of those in attendance have been recently appointed to high positions so this is a good chance for them to gauge their performances as leaders.

Kean also says with the Minister for Health Jone Usamate and Minister for Employment Jioji Konrote agreeing to share their experiences as leaders is an added boost to the workshop.
