The 33-year-old minibus driver who was involved in a fatal road accident in Nabukavesi about a month ago is expected to be charged soon.
Police Spokesperson, Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri says they were waiting for the medical report of the two victims who underwent surgery.
Sokomuri says the victims are expected to be interviewed today before the driver is brought in for further questioning.
The driver was on the run before he surrendered himself to the Navua Police Station two days after the accident.
A 28-year-old woman lost her life when the minibus veered off the road and hit an electric post on the 5th of last month.
