Member countries should pay their contributions - Kubuabola

Minister for Foreign Affairs Ratu Inoke Kubuabola urges all members of the Melanesian Spearhead Group to pay their outstanding assessed contributions so that they can advance and implement some of the current pending initiatives.

Kubuabola made this remarks while opening the Foreign Minister’s meeting in Solomon Islands.

Kubuabola says that member countries should make their best efforts to pay their contributions in these difficult times.

He says that it is important for member countries to be vigilant and exercise due diligence in various initiatives they intend to undertake as they are limited by the extent of what their economies can provide towards the operation of the organisation.
