Three assessors will decide tomorrow if a 31-year-old man is guilty of one count of aggravated robbery, a count of burglary and a count of theft.

It is alleged that Jimilan Drose committed a theft of assorted properties amounting to $37,600 on October 7th 2015.

There are also allegations that Drose on the 7th of October, 2015 at Walu Bay entered into the building of Pacific Energy service station as a trespasser with intent to commit theft.

It is alleged that on the same day he dishonestly appropriated cash of $110 which was the property of Pacific Energy Service Station.

38-year-old Matia Tuibua Qaqanikorovole who was jointly charged with Drose has been acquitted by High Court Judge Justice Achala Wengappuli.
