A DHL driver who allegedly breached the Electoral decree has been released on bail with strict conditions by the Suva Magistrates court.
Ronal Kumar is charged with one count of offences in relation to ballot papers and two counts of undue influence.
It is alleged that on Wednesday last week Kumar allegedly marked a vote by circling a number on the ballot paper of one Satya Wati Ram.
It is also alleged that he interfered with the free exercise of the political rights of Satya Wati Ram and Jai Ram.
The case has been adjourned to the 7th of October.
