The case of a 53-year-old man who allegedly abducted two girls earlier this month will be called in the Suva Magistrates Court tomorrow.
The case was supposed to be called at the Nasinu Magistrates Court today however it has been transferred to Suva.
It is alleged that Param Vir Maharaj abducted two girls aged 12 and 14 years.
Maharaj is charged with the use of certain titles or descriptions prohibited, personating public officers, abduction of young persons, punishment for wrongful confinement, traffic in obscene publications and indecently insulting or annoying a person.
