Bati had cultivated 8 plants of marijuana that weighed 652.7 grams on 24th October last year at Natuva Settlement.

Magistrate Cama Tuberi stated that it is people like Bati that are the cause of the availability of marijuana in Fiji.

He adds that if there is no cultivation of marijuana for sure the crime rate for it will reduce.
