A man has pleaded guilty to Harboring a Prisoner Illegally at Large before the Magistrates Court.
It was heard that Livai Nabulu had illegally assisted escaped prisoner Isoa Waqa between the 19th and 22nd of September 2012.
Magistrate Deepika Prakash has laid strict bail conditions for Nabulu and has granted him bail after he pays bail bond of $1000.
Nabulu was also sentenced for two separate offences where he was fined $200 for absconding bail on 12th December 2014.
In another offence he had assaulted his wife for which he was given a suspended sentence of 5 months.
The man has been given until next Monday to arrange his bail amount and will appear in court at 2.30pm.
