Another life has been lost on our roads early this morning.
A man in his early 30s who was travelling with three other passengers along the Sariyawa road in Momi, Nadi, is alleged to have fallen off to sleep while driving.
Police said the incident occurred a little after 12 this morning when the vehicle tumbled twice before landing upside down.
Other passengers sustained minor injuries and were treated at the Nadi Hospital before being sent home.
The road death toll currently stands at 36 compared to 25 for the same period last year.
