The man who threw a pig's head at Samoa's Prime Minister in Brisbane last year is facing charges in Samoa.
The Samoa Observer reported the charges are not related to the pig's head incident but alleged offending under the Immigration Act.
Talalelei Pauga is accused of giving false information on his arrival card when he returned to Samoa last month.
Pauga was charged by Australian Police with disturbing the peace when he threw the pig's head but was later discharged without conviction.
