Man charged for allegedly murdering woman in Namadi Heights

A 43-year-old Asian man will be produced in the Suva Magistrates Court today after he was charged with allegedly causing the death of a 33-year-old Asian woman on the 13th of this month at the victim's home in Salato Road in Namadi Heights.

Police say the woman was found dead in her room by her flatmate.

The accused has been charged with one count of murder.
