Man allegedly run over and killed after argument

A 39-year-old man died in a tragic accident at Sakoca road on Tuesday after a 21-year-old man driving a 5 tonne truck allegedly ran him over.

Police Spokesperson Ana Naisoro says the 39-year-old man was talking to the 21-year-old man along the road when an argument started.

Naisoro says that the 39-year-old man allegedly tried to attack the 21-year-old man when the incident happened.

Police are still trying to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the incident as investigations continue.
